2013 Leadership Dayton Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the Leadership Dayton program. Before beginning the application process, click here to read the "Leadership Dayton Program Expectations" document. This document will help you decide if you can make the commitment to Leadership Dayton now or if you should apply for a future class.

 

Candidates for the next Leadership Dayton Class must complete and submit this application no later than April 6th, 2012.

Fees
Non-Refundable Application Fee:  $35 (due by April 6th)
Tuition for Chamber members:            $2,000 (due by August 1st)
Tuition for Future-members:                $3,750 (due by August 1st)


Important Note

You cannot save this application so ensure you have an adequate amount of time to complete the information before you begin.  You may want to print a copy for your records.  The reliability of the "Print Application" button varies by browser version.  Google Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 8 or later are the most reliable.  You may want to change browsers before you start the application or you may be able to print via your browser's print option.

Required Time Commitment

Participation in Leadership Dayton is a significant commitment of time and energy, including attendance at all retreats (mandatory) and programs. In addition, your class must complete a community project during which you will be required to participate on your own time. If you or your sponsoring business/organization are not willing to make the commitment for your participation in this year's class, please exit the application now.

   Program 2:    October 10, 2012 - Education
   Program 3:    November 14, 2012 - Cultural Arts
   Program 4:    December 12, 2012 - WPAFB
   Program 5:    January 9, 2013 - Healthcare
   Program 6:    February 13, 2013 - Diversity
   Program 7:    March 13, 2013 - Human Services
   Program 8:    April 10, 2013 - Justice
   Program 9:    May 15, 2013 - Dayton's Future (3rd Wednesday)

   Closing Retreat & Commencement:  June 12, 2013
